I moved to the Denver Metro Area early 2013 as I was drawn to the diverse lifestyle one could have in the area. I began my Real Estate career in the dream market of Luxury properties in Orange County, California and I work in all areas of residential Real Estate and enjoy helping buyers achieve their dreams of home ownership as well as those clients looking to upgrade or even downsize.
My passion which has grown since becoming a Military Spouse is working with our Nations Military. I work with both active and separated Military members to help them leverage their VA benefits and allow them more financial stability and help them build wealth through real estate. As a lifelong equestrian, I enjoy working with farm and ranch properties and bring knowledge of the industry and facilities needed that can only come from growing up with horses.
I bring a wealth of knowledge from various aspects of the real estate industry such as my early background in lending beginning in 2004, opening a mobile notary business in 2006, originally licensed as a real estate salesperson and loan officer in California in 2006 and trained as a junior officer in escrow and title in 2008 to gain the best understanding of that part of a real estate transaction. Since moving to Colorado, I have furthered my real estate education to be able to better serve my clients and have become accredited by the National Association of Realtors as a Military Relocation Specialist as well as a Accredited Buyers Representative.
What drives me daily is the opportunity to help my clients build a better financial future for themselves and their families through real estate.
