I had the pleasure of working with Katherine on my most recent home buying experience. As her client, it's clear she listens to your requests and has your best interests at heart; there wasn't a single property she brought up to me that I thought "why is she telling/showing me this one?", or "I didn't ask for this." All properties she made known to me had some aspect of what I was looking for. Katherine has an awesome working knowledge of the real estate buy/selling business. She had a detailed answer for any and every question I had, which I felt was a lot. Her responsiveness was as on-point as I feel it could have been, given what I can only imagine her work schedule is like. She kept lines of communication open, and I never wondered what was going on in the process, or if she received an email or text I'd sent. Katherine's negotiating was awesome as she mentioned things to consider/ask for during inspection, as well as throughout the process, that I hadn't even thought of. Lastly, it was a super smooth process from my perspective, and I'm very appreciative of that!

Katherine really listened to what I was looking for in a "forever" home. I wasn't easy to please but she made the experience and journey a little more enjoyable. She had many solutions to my demands, so I had choices, and never made me feel like I was asking too much.

Katherine was awesome throughout our buying process, but especially at the end when it mattered most. She drove across the state multiple times in the snow to be sure everything was taken care of and that our home would be set for move in. She remembered even the small things that we wanted for our home. And I say home because she wasn't just trying to find us a house, she looks for places that will truly fit us as people and our lifestyle. Katherine was personal yet very professional in all our showings and interactions. She was honest and sincere. We appreciate everything she has done for us and will definitely be using her in the future and highly recommend her for anyone's home buying/ selling needs.

Katherine made our home buying process very easy! Considering our home buying started just before the COVID-19 pandemic, there was a lot of stress on our end. Katherine remained optimistic and kept us informed on the situations in real estate as they developed and changed. Our home buying process was an easy one for sure thank to Kat!
